Trees of Hope 2021.jpg

The last give away was so successful and so well received … your Stouffville Lions have purchased another 1,000 seedlings to give away to the residents of Whitchurch-Stouffville again this year! These seedlings are to be planted in your front or back yards; as long as they are on your own private property. We have 3 different species available for selection: White Pine, White Cedars and Colorado Blue Spruce. All saplings are bare root and measuring approximately 12 inches in height. Please do some research to decide which species would be best for you and let us know.

First Come First Served Basis but appointments MUST be made - Appointments for pick-up 8 am - 7 pm Saturday, May 1st & Sunday May 2nd and remember they wont last long!

We have included some notes of each species in the attached pictures including how and where to plant. We have them bundled in 5’s 10’s and 25’s.

Trees are all gone! A win for Stouffville & the environment.

The 3rd Annual Trees of Hope is planned for 2022!
