Other ways to support this Christmas Season

Do you know a family with children under the age of 18 that are in need?

  • Application forms are available at the Go Train Station on Main Street, the Lobby of the Leisure Centre and Customer Service of Town Hall at 111 Sandiford (south of McDonalds) 

  • Families in need, please fill out the form and submit them at any of the three locations noted above prior to the 15th of December, 2019

  • The Lions Club of Stouffville Christmas Toy Drive Committee will be in touch to coordinate a date and time for the pickup of the Christmas Basket(s) filled with donations.

Donate to the toy drive!

  • Drop a donation of a new unwrapped gift for a child under 18 into one of the many Stouffville businesses who offer their premise as a toy drive drop off.  A list of drop locations are posted above.


  • Whitchurch-Stouffville Town Hall at 111 Sandiford typically has a wonderfully decorated Christmas tree in the lobby as of December 1st that you are more than welcome to place your donation.  Again any new un-wrapped toy or gift for a child under 18; typically items for teens are the least donated.


  • Organize a mini drive at work.  The drive you organize can be for many things including toys, books, socks, scarves, board games, gift cards and so much more. 


Want to help but don’t like shopping?

  • Why not make a cash donation.  The Stouffville Lions will gladly accept e-transfers to to accommodate the requests from residents for this donation option.  If you wish, you will have the opportunity to advise how you wish for your donated funds to be used within the community:  Christmas Toy Drive, Environmental Program (tree planting), Diabetes Camp, Camp Kirk, Literacy Program Support, Arts & Music Program Support and more

Linda Mainprize Toys for Tickets

  • The Town of Whitchurch Stouffville encourages residents who are in receipt of any parking violation tickets between December 1st and December 15th to pay their ticket with a toy donation to the Stouffville Lions Christmas Toy Drive.  Bring your ticket and receipt for the toy along with the toy to customer service for your remittance receipt and donate the new unwrapped toy.

Food Drive

  • Food is also collected at Town Hall 111 Sandiford Drive and can also be left under the Christmas Tree in the lobby after December 1st.  We will get it to the food bank for you.  Town Hall is open 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).  Any questions, please contact Kim Stark 416-556-0579 or email
